Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your Rare Beauty order, you can return your products within 30 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. Note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided for U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

To initiate a return or exchange, please click here (www.exquisitemakeup.us) to begin the return process. You will need to provide your Order Number and the shipping Zip Code.  Note you are allowed 1 exchange on your original order.
